Arts & Health Producer

Carolina is an artist and a researcher who was born in the city of Rio de Janeiro and currently lives in the countryside of the state.

She has an undergraduate degree in Law and has been working for about 10 years on issues related to social justice and human rights, especially through food, ecology and health. As a producer and researcher, Carolina has collaborated in community-based projects, in the Brazilian Association of Agroecology and currently in the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, working to strengthen and support local farmers, cooks and traditional communities towards a food system that cares for our planet, our relationships and our health.

She is also a cook and, as an artist and educator in that area, she works on original projects that address creativity, health and biodiversity, mostly through experimental cooking workshops.

Carolina works for PPP from Mondays to Thursdays.
