General Manager

As PPP’s Manager of ‘General’ since Autumn 2025, Joanne helps ensure the smooth running of the company across all things Governance, Finance, HR, Operations and Strategy Development.

Jo is fully subscribed to the critical role of the arts and culture in responding to the world’s most complex challenges and facilitating transformational change for people and planet. For her, PPP clearly embraces this role as an organisation, and she is thrilled, as General Manager, to support its diverse and impactful research projects worldwide.

Joanne brings with her substantial experience of working in the Arts and Inclusive Practice as well as in Sustainability and Behaviour Change, following a MSc at the Centre for Alternative Technology. Besides her part-time role at PPP, Jo freelances as a change consultant, working with arts organisations on their environmental action strategy and, in her local community, to build justice-focused climate resilience.
