Executive Director PPP do Brasil

Eduardo or Edu is from Rio de Janeiro and has deeply connection with the sea.

He has been working with education and research for almost 20 years, has vast experience in strategic planning, institutional relations and crisis management crisis and human resources.

Edu has an  MBA in Business Management (Fundação Getulio Vargas), is post-graduated in Processes (PUC-Rio), MA Psychosociology (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro) and  Pedagogy (UniBF).

He joined PPP in March 2022 as PPP do Brasil’s executive director.
