Organisational Development Consultant, Museum of Colour

Siobán was Museum of Colour’s first Executive Director from 2022-24 and now works with the organisation on a freelance basis to support its organisational development and fundraising strategy. 

With Samenua Sesher OBE, she also co-designs and facilitates Equality, Diversity and Inclusion workshops to provide a safe space to interrogate what gets in the way of making change happen. Siobán is a qualified Relational Dynamic Coach and has a freelance career as a consultant and arts fundraiser. Her work is informed by a breadth of experience in strategic planning, organisational development and governance, working in the arts.
